Gary Rotto serves as the Director of Health Policy and Strategic Communications for the Council of Community Clinics. In this role, Gary oversees the legislative, political and strategic communications functions of the organization and its two subsidiaries.

Through the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), Gary serves as the co-chair of the Consortia Policy Group, the statewide network of community clinic policy directors. He is also on the CPCA Legislative Committee and the Government Operations Committee.
