Today is an exciting moment for our San Diego Leadership Alliance (SDLA) community. For the first time, we will be operating a training program designed by San Diegans, for San Diegans. 

We are building on the last four years operating a leadership program in partnership with the New Leaders Council. Going forward, the SDLA will operate a separate and different Institute, tailored for San Diego. 

By keeping local resources local, and maintaining local autonomy of our programming, we will advance our mission to develop a sustainable progressive infrastructure for our region.
