Welcome to the application for the 2014 San Diego Leadership Alliance Institute.

Deadline: Applications are due 11:59 PM on November 9th. Late applications will not be reviewed.

Fee: At the beginning of this application, you were asked to pay a $30 application fee. If you wish to request a fee waiver for economic hardship, email [email protected]. If your waiver is granted, you will be given access to a separate application without a fee.

How to Complete Application: This application will take some time to complete, and the application cannot be saved mid-way.

We suggest that you prepare an updated resume for upload and complete your essay questions in a format like MS Word. Then only begin this online application when you are ready to paste those complete essay answers and upload your resume to finish this application in one sitting. You will also be asked to upload an updated resume.

To prepare, the two essay questions are as follows:

1. What qualities do you think are valuable in a leader, and how have you shown those qualities in the past? (500 words or less).

2. Why do you want to participate in the SDLA Institute? (500 words or less).

Once you pay your application fee (below) you will receive an email that will contain a link to the full application. Once you click on the link you will be returned to our SDleadership.org, asked to activate your account and sign-in prior to accessing the application.
