The San Diego Leadership Alliance develops the next generation of progressive leaders by providing the skills, relationships and opportunities to build a sustainable progressive infrastructure in the San Diego region.
Since 2010, we at the SDLA have successfully graduated five classes (nearly 100 Fellows) through the SDLA Institute. We have recruited more than 100 volunteer Institute faculty and mentors, and engaged a broad community of San Diegans.
